There are specific options for this payment method that you can activate from the payment stage on your course. Let's discover them together.

Generate an invoice on Stripe

This option enables you to automatically generate a Stripe invoice for each payment made on the platform.
To do this, simply set the option to “Yes”.

Alert
Remember to activate Stripe tax on your Stripe account. See this link https://stripe.com/docs/tax/set-up. for more details. If you don't activate it, payments won't work.

Send Stripe invoice to respondents

This option allows you to send the invoice generated by Stripe directly to respondents by e-mail once payment has been made.
To do this, simply set the option to “Yes”.

Info
The email is sent automatically via the platform's sender email address.
Its content cannot be customized on the WIIN.io platform.

The Stripe invoice will look like this :

Send a Stripe receipt to respondents

This option enables Stripe to automatically send a receipt to respondents by e-mail once payment has been made.
To do this, simply set the option to “Yes”.
Info
You can view the contents of the receipt in your Stripe environment.

Warning
This is not an invoice, but simply a receipt, a proof of transaction.
Invoices can only be generated via Stripe, by activating the “Generate invoice” option on the WIIN.io platform.

Rendering on the public interface

On the public interface, the payment step looks like this, with the payment method via Stripe:

The customer chooses the product(s) and quantity, then proceeds to the payment phase by clicking on the “Proceed to payment” button.
He/she will then be redirected to the Stripe payment interface, where he/she can enter all payment details.

Info
WIIN.io does not manage the configuration of this interface.
Once payment has been made, the guarantor is redirected to the course and invited to proceed to the next step.

The respondent will be able to download the transaction details generated by WIIN.io directly onto the platform.

Depending on the options activated on the payment stage, the respondent will be able to receive the invoice and the Stripe receipt by email.
On the payment stage, the respondent will also be able to download the transaction details (generated by WIIN.io) and the invoice (generated by Stripe, if the “Generate invoice” option has been activated).
