Configure a product

How do I configure a product?



The payment function lets you create products to offer to your respondents on your route (registration fees, reservations, tickets, etc.).

This feature is only available for PRO and CUSTOM plans.

Create a product

To create a new product, go to the "Payment" menu, then "Product".

Then click on the "Add a product" button in the top right-hand corner.

Configure your product

You can customize :
  1. The title
  2. Price
  3. Currency (EU, USD)

  1. The description of the product
  2. Maximum Quantity (how many times can the product be purchased by the same respondent?)

  1. An image (png, jpeg, jpg)
Once you've finished configuring, don't forget to save by clicking on "Validate" in the bottom right-hand corner.

Modifying and deleting a product

If necessary, you can modify or delete a product by clicking :
  1. On the "Edit" button

  1. On the "Delete" button

ATTENTION: you cannot modify and/or delete a product once your program has been launched and the first transactions completed.
