Making a refund

How do I make a refund?



Some payment methods allow you to make refunds.
These include Stripe and Paypal.
This feature is only available for PRO and CUSTOM plans.

Paypal refund

Refunds are made directly on the Paypal application.
Feel free to consult the application support to find out more about Paypal refunds.

Stripe refund

Refunds are made directly on the Stripe application.
For more information on Stripe refunds, please consult the application's support page.

Tracking reimbursements

You can view refunds directly in your program.
To do so, go to the "Payments" menu, then "Transactions".
In the table, the refunds column lets you know whether a refund has been made or not.

Then, by clicking on the transaction, you can view the refund details.
