Tracking transactions

How can I track transactions on my program?



You've set up your payment stage, your program is online and you're receiving your first deposits and payments. Congratulations!
Now, how do you keep track of your program's transactions?
This feature is only available on PRO and CUSTOM plans.

Transactions menu

In the "Payments" menu, click on "Transactions".

This is where you can find all the transactions carried out on your program.
In particular, you can see :
  1. Payment reference
  2. Source of payment
  3. Full name of guarantor
  4. Product purchased
  5. Price
  6. Refund made
  7. Payment date
  8. Payment status (validated, awaiting validation, failed)

From the "Transactions" menu, you can also :
  1. Export transaction list (excel)

  1. View transaction details

From the "Deposits" menu, you can also view transaction details directly on the deposit.
