Setting up proof of payment

How do I create a proof of payment?



If you don't use the other payment methods, use proof of payment.
This will enable you to : 
  1. Present payment information (bank details, cheque, link to another application...)
  2. Retrieve proof of payment in the form of a pdf document sent by the candidate (invoice, etc.).
This feature is only available for PRO and CUSTOM plans.

Setting up proof of payment

On the "Payment" menu, go to the "Configurations" menu and click on "Configure".

You can now create your proof of payment.

On your proof of payment, you can personalize : 
  1. Title
  2. Description
  3. Enable comments in addition to the proof file to be submitted 

Save your proof of payment by clicking on "Validate" at the bottom of the page.
Your proof of payment is now configured, and you can edit or delete it by clicking on the "...".

ATTENTION: you cannot modify and/or delete a proof of payment once your program has been launched.
