How to view and test your program?

On your platform, you can view and test your program before officially launching it. Before testing your program, it must be configured and published. This configuration includes a number of mandatory menus.

Please refer to these articles to configure these mandatory menus for testing your program.
  1. Presentation
  2. Course
  3. Forms
  4. Emails

  1. Click on the "View" button.

  1. Clicking on the "View" button takes you back to the public interface, where you can now click on "Register".
Note that with an administrator account, you no longer need a candidate account to create your file.

  1. Click on "Register" again.
Be sure to check the start date of your program to backdate it in the course menu.
If necessary, please consult this article: Change the dates of the course

  1. You have access to this interface, which allows you to fill in the forms linked to each step. Please make sure that each step is 100% completed with the information requested.

  1. Once the step is 100% complete, click on the "Next" button to move on to the next step.

Please note that depending on the program, there may be more or fewer steps.
  1. By providing the information requested at each stage, so that it is 100% complete, you will finally arrive at the last stage of definitive submission of your application file. All you have to do is click on the "Submit definitively" button.

  1. Next, you'll come across an interface displaying the following message: "You are about to definitively submit the information you filled in previously. Please check that they are correct, as you will no longer be able to change them. You will then need to click on the "Yes, submit" button to definitively submit your file."

  1. After final submission of your deposit, you will be taken to this interface, where the "Application finalized" button will be grayed out.

Your application has just been submitted. If you included an e-mail at the submission stage, please check that you have received it in your inbox.
