Anonymizing an evaluation session means masking any information that should not be seen by the evaluator.
You can hide information on forms or on menus in the repository (comments, tags, messaging, etc.).
To anonymize an evaluation session, you need to :
Go to the evaluation menu
Select the evaluation session to be anonymized
Click on "configure"
Once in the evaluation session, click on the "Anonymization" tab
You can hide or show the configuration menus by clicking on "Activate" or "Deactivate". For example, if you don't want your reviewers to be able to add tags to repositories, disable the Tags menu.
Click on your path to hide the application path information (here in the screenshot, the path name is "Application Form").
You can configure the display of the route stages
You can configure the questions on the form steps by clicking on "Configure questions".
Click on the "Blue arrow" to hide the information from your evaluators.
Once you've selected the information you wish to hide, don't forget to save it by clicking on the "Save" button.
Evaluator rendering
Here's the evaluator interface.
It's clear here that the session has been anonymized: I don't have access to all the menus on the repository or to all the questions on the form steps.
