Customise the evaluator view

How to customise the evaluator view ?

When your evaluators log on to the platform, the attributed deposits will be presented in the form of a table (as on the deposits menu).

You can now customise this table by creating an " evaluator view "

To set up the evaluator view, you will first need to add the deposits to the evaluation session.

Setting up the evaluator view

  1. To set up the evaluator view, go to the “Evaluator view” tab in your session.
You'll see an interface with the following message: “You haven't created a view to display to evaluators. The default view will be displayed to them”, followed by two buttons 
  1. Create a view 
  2. View default view



  1. By clicking on the “View default view” button, you'll see an already configured view that you can customize with the “Customize” button.



  1. Clicking on the “Create a view” button, on the other hand, takes you directly to an interface for customizing your view.




This is where you can customise the view for your evaluators, including :
  1. Move columns : hold the column header and move it with your mouse / trackpad



  1. Add / Remove columns : click on the "+" button in the header of a column



  1. Add / Remove default columns : related to deposit information + rating criteria. Simply tick the column to add it to your view, untick it to hide it.



  1. Add question columns : related to the questions in the forms of your program.



  1. Add validation step columns : related to submission dates of deposits.



  1. When you have finished setting up your view, all you have to do is give it a name, in the top left corner !



  1. And save it by clicking on the " Save " button, at the top right

Your evaluator view is now configured and automatically marked as “default”. 



  1. Your evaluators can now see the view you have just created, and appreciate the deposits attributed
