How do you invite reviewers and allocate them to files?
You will invite reviewers to join the session, and allocate folders to them after creating your session, setting up your criteria and the information you want to share with them.
Invitation of an evaluator
Inviting a collaborator is done in the collaborator menu.
To invite a collaborator from the collaborator menu, you must :
Click on the "invite a collaborator" button
Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite
Add a collaborator
You can add evaluators from the evaluations menu.
You must:
Go to the evaluators section
Click on "Add an evaluator"
Select the people you want to add
Click on "Add to session"
Allocate a file to collaborators
To add folders within the session, you must:
Click on "Add to session".
Select evaluators
Click on "Assign to folders"
Select folders for the session
Click on "Allocate"
Evaluation follow-ups
To track evaluations, you have:
The dashboard, which shows you the general ranking
The ratings of each candidate
The classification by jury, which allows you to have the details of the marks, the comments and the appreciations left on the files
The option to download to Excel, to use your ranking later
