How to create an automation with the trigger : Submission rejected ?
The platform allows you to configure an automation that is triggered automatically when a deposit is rejected. To do this, you must use the “Deposit rejected” trigger.
Follow the steps below to set up this automation:
- In your program, click on the “Automation” menu, then on the “Add a rule” button.
- Click on the “Submission rejected” trigger (this rule is triggered when a final submission step is rejected).
- In order for the “Submission rejected” trigger to be configured correctly, it must be associated with an operation. To do this, click on the “Add an operation” button.
- You then access the list of operations, and each operation contains actions.
- Once you have associated the action with your trigger, enter the name of your automation, then save the configuration by clicking on the “Save” button at the top right of your screen.
- Your automation now appears in the Automation menu.
