Automation : Trigger Submission approved

How to create an automation with the trigger: Submission approved ?

The platform allows you to configure an automation that is triggered automatically when a deposit is validated. To do this, you must use the “Deposit validated” trigger.
Follow the steps below to set up this automation:

  1. In your program, click on the “Automation” menu, then on the “Add a rule” button.



  1. Click on the “Submission approved” trigger (This rule is triggered when an intermediate final submission step is validated. )



  1. For the “Submission approved” trigger to be configured correctly, it must be associated with an operation. To do this, click on the “Add an operation” button.

  1. You then access the list of operations, and each operation contains actions.

In the case of the “Submission approved” trigger, here are some of the possible actions.
  1. Send an email : this action sends an email to the specified recipients.
  2. Make an HTTP request : this action makes an HTTP POST request to a specific URL.
  3. Send a Slack notification : This action sends a Slack notification.
  4. Add or remove a tag : This action adds or removes a tag from a repository.
  5. Add to an evaluation session : This action adds a repository to an evaluation session.

  1. Once you have associated the action with your trigger, enter the name of your automation, then save the configuration by clicking on the “Save” button at the top right of your screen.



  1. Your automation now appears in the Automation menu.
