What is a deposit ?

A deposit on the platform is an application file submitted by a user with a public account on the wiin platform. This file can include documents, information and data relating to the application, and is generally submitted as part of a selection or registration process managed by the platform.

Where is the deposit ?

The deposit, as defined, can be found in the “Deposits” menu. Depending on its status, the deposit can be found in one of the following sections :
  1. Current deposit
  2. Deposit to unlocked
  3. Finalized deposit

How is the deposit constituted ?

The deposit consists of the following elements :
  1. Information : The “ Information ” section includes the personal information (Last Name, First Name, Email) and login details of the account that submitted the deposit, as well as the team members invited to this deposit. It also includes a “ Other deposits on the platform ” section, which lists all other deposits submitted by the same account on the platform.

  1. Steps : In the “Steps” section, you'll find all the forms related to the course, which contain the questions answered by the candidate (text, files, URL, drop-down list, etc.).

  1. Evaluation : In the “Evaluation” section, you'll find a list of the evaluation sessions to which the repository belongs, as well as the different grades awarded in the various evaluation sessions.

  1. Comments: As the name suggests, this is the section for comments. An administrator or manager can leave comments here for another user, and the comment and the name of the person who wrote it are displayed. Please note that referees cannot view comments added to their repository.

  1. Messaging : This section enables administrators/managers to exchange messages with the depot owner. Note that all exchanges are displayed, and that by clicking on the “Export to Excel” button, you can export the conversation. It is also possible to “close messaging”, which will prevent the respondent from continuing to write via messaging. In addition, you can see who has replied to the candidate, with the first name, last name and photo of the administrator or manager who wrote the reply.
