What is an evaluation session?
An evaluation session is a structured process for gathering feedback, analyzing records or information, and making informed decisions about a program, project or data set.
Do you need to evaluate and analyze the files collected as part of your program, either with members of your team or with external stakeholders ?
We have developed a dedicated feature called “Evaluations”, which allows you to create customized evaluation sessions. This feature gives you the opportunity to involve stakeholders, whether internal or external, in order to examine files in depth, provide opinions and make informed decisions. In this way, you can structure the evaluation process according to your program's needs, and ensure a comprehensive, collaborative analysis.
The role of the evaluation session
The evaluation session plays a key role in the in-depth analysis of the files, projects or programs collected. It helps to structure and formalize the evaluation process, involving the appropriate stakeholders and facilitating collaborative decision-making.
