Set up evaluation criteria

How to set up the evaluation criteria and information?


You have just created your evaluation session. You can now setup the criteria, and the information that will be available to the evaluators.

Configuration of evaluation criteria

To set up your evaluation criteria, you must :

  • Go to the evaluation session, and click on "Configure".




  • Click on "Criteria" to configure the criteria

InfoOn this tab, you can configure and customize your criteria, add a message directly to the list of criteria and integrate dynamic data according to the form's questions.


  1. To configure your criteria, click on the “Add a criterion” button.


For each evaluation criterion, you should :

  • Name the criterion

  • Add a description (optional)

  • Indicate the nature of the criterion (notes, single choice, multiple choice, drop-down list, text)




  1. For criteria of type notes: indicate the minimum and maximum note.



  1. For criteria type (single choice, multiple choice, drop down): indicate the answer options, and the colour code (only visible on the admin side).



  1. For text criteria: specify the minimum and maximum number of characters.



  1. Click on save, to save your evaluation criteria.

To add a message directly to the list of criteria and integrate dynamic data according to the form's questions, you need to :
  1. Click on the “Add separator” button.



In this tab, you can : 
  1. Add text directly by typing.



  1. Add dynamic data according to form questions by clicking on “@” on your keyboard.



  1. By clicking on the “Save” button, you'll see this interface confirming that your settings have been saved.



Warning
Warning: once your evaluation session starts and an evaluator scores a first submission, you will not be able to change the evaluation criteria. 

Configuration of other parameters

You can then activate / deactivate certain options for your evaluation session. To do this, simply go to the "Settings" menu.





On this menu you can setup :
  1. The title of your session
  2. A text of information for evaluators
  3. A start and end date for your session (outside these dates, evaluators will not have access to the evaluation session)
  4. Make appreciation compulsory for evaluators (present by default)
  5. Give access to the export of files (excel and archive)
  6. Notify evaluators of each new attribution

Click on "Save", to save your modifications.
