How to add a tag?


A tag is like a sticker that you can assign to one or more folders to better segment them, and find them more easily with your filters.

Add a tag

To add a tag, you must :

  1. Go to the configuration menu
  2. Then on the "Tag" menu



Here you will find a list of all the tags you can setup.

Creation of a tag

  1. To create a tag, simply click on "Add a tag".
  1. You can create as many tags as you need.

You will simply have to :

  1. Name your tag
  2. Give your tag a "colour code".
  3. Click on "Save" to save your tag



  1. Your tag now appears in the list of existing tags.


Adding a tag to a file

To add a tag to a folder, you must :

  1. Go to the "Deposits" menu
  2. Select the folder to which you want to add a tag
  3. Click on the "plus (+) button" on the candidate's file to see your tags  
  4. "Add the tag"  you have just setup by clicking on it

Add a tag as a group

To add a tag to several files at the same time, you must :

  1. Filter your list of deposits
  2. Select the candidates to whom you want to add your tag
  3. Click on "Add or remove a tag".
  4. Select the tag to add
  5. Click on "Apply".



  • Click on " Yes Apply".




You have now applied the tag to all the people you have selected.

Supprimer un tag

To delete a tag, you must :

  1. Click on the "Small cross" beside the tag


  • Confirm the deletion action by writing "DLT" and clicking on "Yes Delete".




AlertTo remove a tag from several folders, you must do the same as for adding a tag in a grouped manner.
