Here we will look at the form, which you can include in each step of your program.

The form

The customisation of the forms can be found in the :

  • Administrator

  • Form

  • Create a new form

Options on the form

The platform offers the possibility on a form to :

  • Delete

  • Modify

  • Duplicate

Structure of the formbuilder

The formbuilder contains elements such as :

  • The name of the form

  • The option to view on computer

  • The option to view on mobile

  • The form editor

  • The questions

  • The separators

The questions and separators of the formbuilder

You can customise :

  • The question title

  • The question subtitle

  • Define question formats and sizes

  • Choice question options

  • The mandatory notion of a question

Separators allow you to customise :

  • Paragraphs

  • Images

  • Text

Conditional display

The conditional display works with

choice questions:

  • Single

  • Multiple

  • Drop-down menu

The conditional display allows the respondent to see only the question related to their previous choice.

Activating the conditional display

The options for displaying the conditional are :

  • Show conditional

  • Selection of the conditioned question

  • Selection of the answer to the condition

Question Blocks

It allows you to duplicate a group of questions. It is useful for questions related to :

  • Team members

  • Supporting documents ...

Customise the question block

On the question block, you can set up :

  • Different types of questions

  • The number of questions desired

  • The mandatory notion of questions

  • The number of times the block can be duplicated

  • The title of the duplicate block button

These customisations allow you to create rich and flexible courses.
