Documentation slack

How do you set up Slack in your program ?

On your platform, you can link Slack to your program to set up automations and receive notifications directly in your Slack space. To do this, please follow the steps below :

  1. In your program, click on the “Automation” menu, then on “Applications”.


  1. Click on the Slack "Configure" button




You will then see an interface displaying the following message: "You have no connection between your program and Slack.  If you already have an internal Slack account, you can connect your program to this account to receive real-time notifications directly in the channel (#channel) of your choice. Centralize your notifications, react to important events and organize your activity to optimize your day-to-day work."

  1. To continue, click on the “Create a connection” button



  1. You will be redirected to an interface inviting you to select your Slack space, then click on the “Allow” button. This step is necessary to establish the connection between the Slack application and the wiin.io platform, in order to configure automations enabling the sending of information to Slack. It is also via this interface that you will need to authenticate to your Slack account in order to finalize the integration.



Once the configuration is complete, you'll see an interface displaying the following information:
  1. The name of the workspace
  2. The first and last name of the person who created the connection
  3. The connection status, where you can activate or deactivate the configuration
  4. The actions, where, by clicking on the three dots, you can delete the configuration
