Configuring a custom view
How can I customise my view?
On your program, the deposits menu allows you to consult the deposits filed on your program in the form of a table.
You can customise this table using customised views.
How do I setup a custom view?
To create a new custom view, go to :
- The deposits menu
- Click on the "Plus"(+) button
This takes you to the settings page for your view.
You can :
- Move the columns in your view: hold and move the column wherever you want
- Hide default columns: pass your mouse over the column header and click on the Plus (+) button
Uncheck the default columns to hide them in your view
- Add other columns: according to the questions in your forms
On the "Questions" tab, select the form and questions you want to add to your view.
- Apply filters to your view: with filters/default and filters/questions
- Add other columns: according to validation steps
- Add other columns: according to the Evaluation Sessions you've created
- Now that you've setup your view, you simply need to give it a name (at the top left of the page).
- Finally, you can save your view by clicking on the "Save" button at the top right of the page.
And that's it! Your view is now available on the depot menu.
Views are shared between program collaborators.
You can mark a view as 'default' so that it always appears first on the deposit menu.
For this, click on the "..." and then on "mark as default".
