On your program, the deposits menu allows you to consult the deposits filed on your program in the form of a table. You can customise this table using customised views.
How do I setup a custom view?
To create a new custom view, go to :
The deposits menu
Click on the “More” button (+)
Then on the “Create a new personalized view” button
This takes you to the settings page for your view. You can :
Move the columns in your view: hold and move the column wherever you want
Hide default columns: hover your mouse over the column header, click on the Plus (+) button and then uncheck the default columns to hide them in your view.
Add other columns: depending on the questions in your forms, select the form and questions you want to add to your view in the “Questions” tab.
Apply filters to your view: with filters/default and filters/questions
Add other columns: according to validation steps
Add other columns: according to the Evaluation Sessions you've created
Now that you've configured your view, all you have to do is give it a name (top left of the page) and save it by clicking on the “Save” button at the top right of the page.
Finally, click on the “Save” button again to confirm that your customized view has been saved.
And that's it! Your view is now available on the depot menu.
Views are shared between program collaborators.
You can mark a view as 'default' so that it always appears first on the deposit menu.
For this, click on the "..." and then on "mark as default".
