4. Invite your collaborators 💪

Work as a team!

Your portal is ready, now you want to invite members of your team or other people to work in a collaborative way.

Accounts menu

You will find this menu in the administrator area.

  • The menu "Team members" contains all active, pending or blocked collaborator accounts.

  • The menu "Public portal accounts" contains all user accounts (candidates).

Invite a collaborator

Click on the "Invite a team member" button

Add the email address and the role of the person you want to invite

There are two roles:

  • Collaborators: they will be assigned to one or more programs. This is a restricted role.

  • Administrators: they will have access to all the parameters of the platform

The person receives an invitation by email to confirm his account and fill in his personal information:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Password

Status of the email

Not confirmed : the person has received the invitation but has not yet confirmed it

Info: the link on the invitation email is valid for 48 hours. You can resend the invitation on the "Actions" column.

Confirmed : the person has received the invitation and has accepted it. They can now access the platform.

Block team member accounts

You can block access to a user on the platform without deleting his account.

The advantage is that you block access for the user without deleting the content that is linked to his account (the notes or comments left on the files for an evaluator for example).

Change the information of the collaborator account

From the account profile, you can change :

  • The person's role

  • Account information: last name, first name, picture, email...

  • Send a password reset email

  • Permanently delete the account

Warning: deleting an account also means deleting all the information related to it, such as comments, messages, notes, etc.
