What questions should be asked of applicants for a call for projects? 

The call for entries for a call for projects, a prize or a competition .... must be structured around at least two categories of questions: 
  1. One on the candidate's identity

Here are a few questions you can ask to find out who the candidates are :

B- Questions about the call for projects, the prize and the competition....

Here are a few questions you can ask about the call for projects :

  2. What are your technical skills and specific knowledge related to the project ?
  3. How do you plan to approach and solve the project's potential challenges ?
  4. Have you worked on a similar project in the past? If so, can you tell us more about it ?
  5. How do you see yourself contributing to the project team and collaborating with other team members ?
  6. What is your work plan to achieve the project objectives within the given timeframe ?
  7. How will you ensure the quality of your work and your ability to meet project requirements ?
  8. What are your expectations in terms of resources and support to successfully complete the project ?
  9. How will you manage potential project risks and conflict situations with other team members ?
  10. How do you assess your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and keep them informed of project progress ?
