When setting up your evaluation session, it is important to add evaluation criteria to enable evaluators to assess the different deposits they will be assigned.
To add criteria, please follow the steps below :
Access your evaluation session.
Go to the “Criteria” tab.
Click on “Add a criterion”.
For each evaluation criterion, you must :
Name the criterion
Add a description (optional)
Indicate the nature of the criterion (scores, single choice, multiple choice, drop-down list, text)
If you opt for a “rating” criterion, you must first name the criterion. For example, in our case, we've chosen the name “Impact”.
Next, you can add a description (optional) to specify the criterion. For example: “The impact of your project”.
Finally, specify a minimum and maximum value. In our example, we have defined 0 as the minimum score and 10 as the maximum score.
Click on the “Save” button to add the criterion.
For single-choice, multiple-choice or drop-down list criteria, after adding the name and description of the criterion, you'll need to indicate the response options, as well as a color code (visible only to the administrator).
The “Option” text can be replaced by more explicit headings, such as “High”, ‘Medium’ or “Low”, depending on the desired response level.
Click on the “Save” button to add the criterion.
For text criteria: After adding the name and description of the criterion, you'll need to define the minimum and maximum number of characters that the evaluator must enter. In our case, we have defined 250 minimum and 1500 maximum characters.
Once a text criterion has been added, it automatically becomes mandatory. The evaluator must therefore fill it in for the evaluation to be definitively validated. This type of criterion is not optional.
Click on the “Save” button to add the criterion.
Once a session has been launched and at least one evaluation has been finalized, you can freely update the titles and descriptions of your criteria. On the other hand, criteria types (rating, comment, multiple choice or single choice) and their internal parameters remain fixed once an evaluation has been validated.
