Configure the settings menu of an evaluation session
How to configure the settings menu for an evaluation session ?
When setting up your evaluation session, it's important to configure it correctly.
To do this, please follow the steps below :
Access your evaluation session.
Go to the “Settings” tab.
In this tab, you can configure :
The title of your session
An information text for evaluators
A start and end date for your session (outside these dates, evaluators will not have access to the evaluation session)
Give access to export files (excel and archive)
Notify evaluators of each new assignment
In our case, we will configure the following elements:
Session title: Evaluation
Information text for evaluators: As evaluators, you are obliged to evaluate the files correctly.
Activate the button to define a start and end date for the session
Activate the export option for evaluators (Excel and archive)
Activate the “Notify evaluators of each new assignment” option
Click on the “Save” button to save your settings.
Once in the evaluation session, the evaluator's interface will display the session title and evaluator information text in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

With the “Notify appraisers of each new allocation” option activated by the administrator in our example, the appraiser is automatically informed when one or more deposits are allocated to him. If, for example, he receives 20 new deposits, the first 10 are displayed in a summary table. All he then has to do is click on the “Log in to evaluate” button to access all the deposits allocated to him.
