How do I enable MFA ?
On your platform, you can activate multi-factor authentication (MFA). The aim of MFA is to reinforce access security on the platform and bring your organization into line with cybersecurity best practices. A password alone is not enough to effectively protect accounts, so activating MFA significantly improves your account security.
Only the Owner and Platform Admins can activate the MFA.
To activate this feature, please follow the steps below:
- From the administrator area, click on the “Security” menu, then on the “Enable MFA” button.
When you activate MFA (multi-factor authentication), a QR code will be provided on the platform.
Simply scan it with the application and it will start generating temporary single-use codes.
If you can't scan the QR code, you'll also be offered a 16-character alphanumeric secret key, which you can enter manually in the authentication application.
Once the application is configured, you'll need to enter the generated validation code, then click on the “Validate” button to confirm MFA activation.
