For this final video on courses and steps, we'll look at the last step in your program.

How to complete the steps

The respondent can move from one step to the next to get an overall view of the course.

Each step consists of either a question :

  • Mandatory

  • Non-mandatory

A step with all mandatory questions completed passes at 100%.

Where is the customisation of the final delivery step done?

Customisation is done in the :

  • Course

  • On the last step called by default "Send final".

What can be customised in this step?

It is possible to customize :

  • The name of the step

  • The message before validation

  • The message after validation

It is also possible to customize the sending of an acknowledgement email.

The creation of an email is located in the menu :

  • Email

  • Create a new modal

Setting up an email

The email includes :

  • A name

  • A subject

  • Dynamic fields

  • The content

This email can be added to the final sending step with the Select a Template option.

Other functions of the final delivery

You also have the possibility to activate :

  • He manual transition step

  • The possibility for the respondent to download their course as a PDF

  • The possibility to redirect to a URL

How to send definitively?

Once all the steps have been completed, sending the application definitively allows you to:

  • See the notification that the file cannot be modified

  • Confirm the validation

  • Receive the email you set up

The file is blocked, cannot be modified and can therefore be analysed by you or your team.
