How do I set up the “Condition on a deposit field” condition in an automation ?
When configuring automation, it is important to select a trigger and then associate it with an operation containing the actions or conditions to be executed. In this article, we will show you how to configure the “Condition on a deposit field” condition. To do this, please follow these steps :
Then, select the condition “Condition on a deposit field.”
You will now configure the condition on the repository fields :
First, select the column field to be conditioned.
Then choose the condition to apply (is/is not).
Finally, enter the value to be compared.
If necessary, you can further refine the filter by clicking on the “Add a new filter” button.
Save your action settings by clicking on the “Validate” button located just below.
This interface indicates that a “Finalized submission” trigger has been configured, associated with a “New condition” operation of the “Condition on a deposit field” type, with the “Status is in progress” filter selected. It is now necessary to add the action to be performed. To do this, click on the “Add an operation” button.
You will then access the operations interface, where you will need to select the “New action” operation. This operation allows you to select the actions to associate with the conditions in order to finalize the setup of your automation with the “Condition on a deposit field” condition.
Please refer to the following articles regarding actions :
